Delivery Terms

Our deliveries are made between 09:00 - 22:00. On special days such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc., orders cannot be taken for delivery at a certain time, all orders are considered to be delivered during the day. In order for the product to be delivered on the same day the order is given, the last order time is 20:00. Orders given to remote districts after 12:00 and orders given after the closing time of 20:00 are delivered the next day. An additional fee may be requested for product deliveries outside the city center. The customer is informed about this in the order summary under the shipping fee on the site when purchasing. For orders with a time (Wedding, Engagement, etc.), an order must be placed at least 24 hours in advance for same day deliveries. We guarantee that the exact same products ordered will be sent. However, if that product cannot be found due to seasonal conditions, you can be sure that the closest product will be delivered. Our Flower Order Vision is definitely not to work together once but for a lifetime. The refund of payments you make by mistake is under the guarantee of our company. If the product cannot be found at the recipient address during our product deliveries, the product is delivered to the next door neighbor, doorman, or any officers, if any, and the customer is informed. If the order is not accepted by the recipient, the responsibility belongs to the customer. No refund is made or requested.
